Participants worked in pairs and created a Mind Map of Achievements over the past 10 weeks – in both the computer training and the Women’s Futures Group.  All present agreed that we had achieved all of our learning goals.

Relaxation/creative visualisation – the facilitator lead a relaxation/creative visualization to prepare participants for creating the beginning of their Personal Vision.
