On Monday 23 May 2006 the Group worked on creating a personal vision.  The activity commenced with a meditation focussing on the breath and then focussing on an image, place or memory that had a special meaning.  Then participants were encouraged to focus on an image or place in the future.

Focussing during meditation really helped open up the ideal situation a future for me would hold.I saw myself capable, and able to do things that are currently unattainable due to my circumstances.I am a little more hopeful and I have a little more courage to take another step towards the “big picture.”

I’m happy with this project. Last week when I couldn’t come I felt sad. Today was very good.

I felt great after the meditation, and it helped me write down my goals about teaching at the university , possibly in Australia.

Sounds like a very inspiring project – they should run this at Uni. We’re all uncertain as to what we’ll end up doing when we finish.
