Introducing Cringila Women’s Futures Project

Congratulations to the local women from Cringila and surrounding areas who are participating in the Women’s Futures Project.  16 women commenced computer training on Monday 8th May 2006 delivered by the Wollongong Outreach Unit of TAFE NSW Illawarra Institute!!  6 women participated in the first Women’s Futures Group on Monday 8th May 2006 facilitated by Petre Goode.

The women come from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds including:  Bosnia, Cook Islands, Croatia, Iraq, Italy, Peru, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Turkey.  In addition a number of women who are participating were born in Australia!!
